  • Setting up a wireless network in Virginia Union University (VUU); measuring RF and line of sight between bldgs., Managing and recording the computer inventory of the campus, ordering the necessary PCI enabler or ISA cards to go w/ the Wavelan/IEEE Turbo 11 Mbps PC Cards, managing a team of students helping them to install the necessary cards/Operating Systems on different desktops, Running CAT 5 cables between Radios and Access Points in each floor/Bldg., Configuring a Cisco 3600 and 2600 using OSPF Protocol in order to segregate the network traffic and assigning the range of IP addresses that corresponded to each bldg./dept., Configuring the network adapters w/ enabling encryption and creating a MAC address table for network security via the routers, Collaborating w/ IBM and Attronica in system integration.
